Nothing as such. But in our facility, no lifts were available. So, sometime it became difficult to climb 3 floor stairs at one go. Also, decissions from upper management were too slow to reach to us, as ofcourse it's a giant company, but sometimes hampers job chain cycle. Overall, no complaint. Very good company to be associated with. 🙂
Work Details
Initially it was bit difficult, but people there were so nice and friendly, that I have adapted the culture in no time. It was smooth pattern working in Tech Mahindra.
