Never understand the employee values , Factionalism is prevalent. Seniors give opportunities to advance only to employees of their choice. New employees do not get a chance to move ahead. Neither the salary nor the post has increased. There is no job security. seniors force anyone to leave there job.

No work life balance , no appreciation, Nepotism, instead of giving hike to old employees they expect them to resign so they don’t need to give hike to them. Too much slavery, non AC cabs, managers shout at you , they don’t listen to your problems, they don’t care about your health/mental health , keep on torchuring you and putting unnecessary pressure
