How good they can fool people into choosing the company as an option to work for.
Everything. The process and work station so called avd and accops are both filled with bugs and technical issues which they deliberately never fix. Coming to the salary part, never on time for example didn't get the salary for August 2022 yet when should have been paid on 31 St it's been 3 months now and when I am supposed to get the salary, they are asking to update pan card and said that it will take 15-20 days to get credited that too not sure. I am in a deliberate situation right now with necessities to bear and left with 82 rupees in account balance . Now They say it's my fault since I didn't submit it earlier . I could have agreed if it was only me , but it's not, entire group I did training with hasn't updated since neither we were told to do so neither we were guided how to do that in pace HR . If it was missing they should have informed it in the first 2 months so that on the 3 Rd month we didn't have to suffer....Read More

When everyone is frustrated with this and put resign then after they give the apprisal to those who didn't on notice period... They give the apprisal once in a two year combined and it was 4-5℅ only.

Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

Terms and conditions related to shifting from one state to another state by client requirements. HRA (house rent allowance)related to shifting from metropolitan city 15hours a day work culture but making in timesheet for 9 hr only.
