Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Dislikes

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

Appraisal is not on time... They are extending the apprisal by month and the date keeps changing.... When everyone is frustrated with this and put resign then after they give the apprisal to those who didn't on notice period... They give the apprisal once in a two year combined and it was 4-5℅ only.

nothing...too much work pressure in almost every project... so leaves.. no saturday sunday.. i took 3 leaves in full year( include almost 90% saturday sunday) and daily working hours are greater than 12.5 hrs ..minimum 12.5 hrs

In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background. The fact that there was high pressure to perform, combined with difficulties in getting leave or proper shifts, seems like a very challenging situation. Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

They just want to employee everyone but don't have PC's for the employee. Team leaders and SME are so worst like top level worst that they make workspace toxic , so much toxic your mind will say i just don't want to work. It's just the brand name techmn but inside techmn nothing's good , even the recruiter are just liars. Even they don't care about your health, if you are not well they will make you come to the office and if you don't come they will just say we are gonna cut pay from your salary. No promotions or appraisals since last 3 cycles and now they are reducing the variable payout to 80% too.. Firstly the salary being paid is very less and on top there are no promotions or appraisals and when asked why, the leadership team doesn't have an answer. Very bad team management.
