No doubt Company is good but the seniors who running the process are everage. They just know to get the work at any cost. Yes your personal life will be ruined totally. Management is poor. Staff is also very aggresive. No timings for girls. Salary is very very low according to the word and pressure. This is the main reason or attrition. Specially In IOIP team. Tech Mahindra Noida sector 64 a-6. If you want to keep continue the previous image of tech Mahindra then company should remove that seniors who just know about to take work Only instead of knowing what issues team facing on ground level....Read More
