The management specially their believe system, putting pressure drives performance, management would Say they care about mental health but they dont follow, I was working as a team leader they expect leaders to work every day, and stretch your shifts every day. Over all pathetic management will never recommend to work here.

It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. A lot of drama and toxicity at workplace. Favouritism at its peak. Being working at client location , HR visits are only for giving out warning letters. No HR cares about its employees. Complaints from the employees are not taken seriously and are ignored. Employees working for last 10 years are getting only one percent hike while they are on boarding new people with double two triple salary. It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

No flexible working hours and weekoff changes, no proper salary, work doesn't matches with salary, work pressure is too much, no incentive grids, no appraisals, no bonuses 0 holidays except weekoffs, no leave encashments, bad company culture, no curriculure activities, process is not deep, nothing to explore new in this process and company, evrything is bad.

There is no job security if the process goes ramp down then you’ll not be getting any alternative in the same location rather they’ll suggest to relocate to other locations to noida kol Chennai which is really disappointed.
