Switching 1st company in just 2 months

I got JL from another company right in Bengaluru, the joining is on 26 Feb 2025 and I will be joining as a fresher, the pay in little high but the main advantage is the project allotment because at techM I got technical support which is a techno-functional job not a development job plus a bond of 2 years on 1 lakh inr. I didn't just study btech cs to not get a dev job, so I am planing on leaving the company. Should I? Or not?

The things that I liked about techm were meeting new people whom I got pretty close with.

Dislikes

The team's leadership were very toxic, they couldn't care any less about their associates, any type of leave is frowned upon (they didn't like the idea of taking leaves). The leads took leaves as they pleased, my week-offs were changed very frequently I literally forgot the meaning of work-life balance. Had to take therapy and spendmoney in thousands coz one of the colleague's bullied me in which was supposedly my first job in my career (these are the type of people who believe "we are supposed to run when we don't even know how to stand up") I wish we had work from office back then...would have literally smashed that guy's face inside out, he was lucky it wasn't WFO back then. And also forgot, there is regional politics in that particular team for whom I worked for. I'd like to reveal their name's but not sure if that's right.. These people instead of appreciating for your efforts they harass you with more work..no recognition what so ever...spineless b**tards and for that shit salary they pay to the freshers they expect full dedication and on top of that we have to put up with their indirect harassments....Read More
