nothing...too much work pressure in almost every project... so leaves.. no saturday sunday.. i took 3 leaves in full year( include almost 90% saturday sunday) and daily working hours are greater than 12.5 hrs ..minimum 12.5 hrs

In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background. The fact that there was high pressure to perform, combined with difficulties in getting leave or proper shifts, seems like a very challenging situation. Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

People on top management, majority of them are from Maharashtra , they give importance to Marathis, they don't give much importance for individual's technical skill, they follow language bias.Most of the meetings are held in Marati, if anyone oppose this though he or she is technically strong, will be thrown out of the company. Training Time bondings..... floor environment was good... after my TL left the office...it was like hell.

No promotion...no appreciation for your hard work.. They will tell you to terminate in every situation...... whenever you will apply for ijp they will choose their favourite employee which was decided by them.... some Tl is so biased towards there team..... so many parameters you have to achieve everytime

Due to huge work load I learned how to work in critical states & improved multitasking skills. I also learned how to handle workload & multiple tasks lonely where it requires 2-3 resources to complete.
