They dont see ur work and they dont give u value and they dont give nice rating after doing their tasks also . Taking maternity leave then after coming back from leave they will not give u opportunities to attend interviews or anything . They simple as you to resign …worst company .

There is nothing called culture in this organization. Here HR people are so rude that if you go to them for any concern they will straight forward tell you it's your concern company is not responsible for your problems. I have seen many employees including myself, they get hired for some location and after joining hr start asking them to come to either different location or different city. Appraisal.. All tech mites know this problem where the company never gives the appraisal on time. Also the arrears amount was not provided for last FY Leaves... As per our project, If a individual takes a emergency leave or doesn't show up to work. He will lose his incentives, has to apply a leave, and need to cover the login hours.

they extend work hours with 0 documentation, promotion for compromizing women is high, skill talent experirence is worthless here. for appraisal u get 4.88% in 2 yr. flat 5% salary hike if u get promoted. this is a living hell and desaster interms of managment. transport is worst and 1 HR for 5 process who only listens to managment
