The annual appraisal compensation: in spite of getting 'A' band the compensation is not per the industry standards. There is no Market Correction happening for people like me who stayed with TCS for 14 long years, that is really frustrating. We hire new people giving them huge compensation but do not pay well their loyal employees who have stayed with them for 10+ years. I joined as a Team member and I am the Delivery Manager for a account, but the salary is not corrected per industry standards. I myself have recruited people with salary more than me in my team and they tend to move out after max 3 years. being dissatisfied with the pay structure. TCS should give Market Correction to people who have at least 10 +years of tenure with them, to show that they value them....Read More
