Been in this company for 8 years . They have provided excellent work life balance , upskilling and decent increment over the years. Numerous projects which you can choose from if you are ready to relocate anywhere in India. Company gives equal importance to CSR , cultural activities, host marathons in most of the national and international. Very good Company for female employees.

Work Politics which is very common in all companies and favour employees based on local region. International assignments (onsites) can be tough. Need improvement in the policies and procedures . HR is not reachable and has no role when it comes to any policy related things to handle. All 5 days working from office

Performance Appraisal system is an eye wash in most of the cases. It purely depends on the manager of your manager. Though you meet the goals and perform beyond the target, banding is done based on what the manager's manager wants. If your manager does not have a say on what his manager decides, even if it is unfair, you will end upgetting a low band and hence your career growth and compensation may get impacted....Read More
