Shift Change: Before transitioning to the second project, I was assured that my shift would remain the same. However, upon joining, the shift was changed to evening 3 to 1 without prior notification. Clear and honest communication is essential for a productive work environment. 2. Work-Life Balance: The work-life balance in the current project has been challenging, and I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect. A balance between work and personal life is crucial for employee well-being and productivity. 3. Office Politics: It seems there are some politics within the team, which can create a negative atmosphere and hinder collaboration. Encouraging a more transparent and inclusive work environment would be beneficial. 4. Unprofessional Language: I have noticed instances of unprofessional and rude language, which can be detrimental to team morale and communication. Maintaining professionalism in all interactions is important. 5. Selective Favoritism: There have been concerns raised by colleagues about favoritism in the team.
