There are so many disappointing things that I faced while working in TCS. Seniors and supervisors are really rude especially with freshers. They won't always support in work. Most of the work should be learnt by ourselves. Not all the co workers or seniors are professional and well behaved. Because they always blame and point out whatever you do. For freshers it will be really disappointing because there will be no chance to balance work life and personal life. They always want employees to be available 24/7. For experienced people, it will be beneficial for somewhat to manage the work and complete daily targets. I personally suggest everyone to join in TCS only you are previously experienced in other companies so that you will be given best hike and growth. For freshers, it will be very slow to settle in company with good package and benefits....Read More
