Salary hike is very minimal (4-6%), so in terms of pay growth, it will be really really slow if you continue to work with TCS

One of the software engineer in tcs having 4 years of experience called me while skill evaluation and he told me " people begging me to get coding in this project. You have to work under me only.". If you mail to anyone in tcs, he will not respond unless and until you add someone higher authority person in CC. Only big doesn't matter and building big is not end but the way you setup process to work organization is important. Functioning is important and not the size. Company actively tries to screw you. They'll do everything in their power to make you feel miserable so that you quit the company and they don't have to fire you. The have strict standards for uniform and attendance like it's a school.
