Happy and proud to be a TCSer, but requesting you to please provide cab facilities to every location.Am working in Bangalore and location of my work place is SJM towers safety is very poor in the area.Hoping for BAU with the help of cab facilities in my location.

Job security is terrible, I have been working very hard for last one year recently my Mangers supervisor and my HR threatened me to resign from the company or else they will terminate me it seems, but I never agreed for that still the problem is not yet resolved.If someone out there who can help me please it's my humble request I need someone's help am in very difficult situation.My TL intentionally given me very low rating and they are planning to throw me out of TCS , am so depressed and stressed because of their behaviour. TCS is always best for me,but very dissapointed because in some projects TLs are not valueing associates hard work.

I like noting at all!!! Worst experience, low increment ,after 2 years of working also your salary would be the same! very poor management, politics are soooo high, you get to learn more politics knowledge than working knowledge.

Corruption, no time for upskilling, Hr and managers are too bossy that they treat a grade 1 associate as their home maids. Sorry to say but TCS is no more like before I heard about the company. Seems like Some heads have opened a company inside a company with their own policies.
