0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA 2 YOE- 6-12 LPA 3 YOE- 9-18 LPA 4 YOE - 12-24 LPA 5 YOE- 15-30 LPA Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game. Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.

Company policies for employer not for employee. Want employee to work for more that 8 hours and weekends but management wants to clock it for 9 hours only. For example there is no portal to tender resignation because they don't want it in accounable, I have wondered that organization has 5 lakh employee but don't have portal to tender resignaation.
