Dislikes

Treats employees worse than daily wage workers. Groups are created based on regions and seniors try to pull down people from another region. People management skills of all the seniors are zero. Do not work here until and unless this is the only job and you need the money.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
