There is no technical growth. You will not get anything to learn here. Your promotions will be delayed at least for 2 years and when you get it, it will be of no use because of very less increment. Too much politics is going on for onshore position. Overall work culture is okay. You can join this organization when you already have achieved desired package and finding some job security but don't expect for job satisfaction here....Read More
