Job security, Lot of projects, lot of learning opportunities etc

Dislikes

Increament percentage is just 5% every year. Lot of restrictions related to photo click policy inside premises, can't enter on Garden/lawn policies etc

Salary - Poor
Promotions - Bad

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
