Waste of time talking about teammates, My lead Venkata siva konderu such an Idiot never treated me as a skilled labor, who literally pressurized me all the time with multiple tasks, Forced me to work on weekends to complete his task as I am a third party payroll employee through Foraysoft Pvt ltd. As per the initial discussion they suppose to hire me on permanent after 6 months, instead forced me to continue work on Foraysoft....Read More

Too much politics & work environment is terrible. All they want some to work on every thing with out saying single word. No job security, no career growth.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
