Deduction in salary which was I have never experienced before in my career, Very poor career growth, work culture very orthrodox, Polities of project manager, group lead and HR. HR is not helping us to resolve projects related issues. If they want to decide to spoil someone employees career they will do by anyhow n anyother way.

Its was like goverment culture. The project manager or group leader consider him self as a CEO of the TCS n behaving like we are beggar.
