It’s a company that gave me the scope to explore, excel and enrich my skills and hidden talent! It has high values and if you can adapt to the culture and make seniors your role model it’s a fabulous company to work in.

Dislikes

Nothing much as such. TCS has changed from when I joined, but that is because of its growth. When you grow to the size TCS has, there will be change, not always to our liking.

Work Details

It was a pleasure working for this great company. I learnt a lot and it was interesting and a pleasure to go to office each day. I think these are cherished memories, which will be a life time memory!

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
