TCS is one of the best companies. TCS has given lot of benefits to their employees. TCS policy is world's class standard.

Dislikes

There are many incompetent team leaders and managers who never focus on the growth of their team members. They are only thinking to achieve their targets and SLA's. Because of them many team members work under them are worchoholic like donkey. They work like hell to get good appraisal. They don't have a good work & life balance. But never grow in their life.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
