Poor resourcing, poor management, biased appraisal with no evidence sometimes, Gender bias observed for competitive technology and onsite opportunities No overtime payment, although management excess team to work on very stringent timelines and does not support employee personal time and privacy..

You should be earning as below.

0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA 2 YOE- 6-12 LPA 3 YOE- 9-18 LPA 4 YOE - 12-24 LPA 5 YOE- 15-30 LPA Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game. Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.
