I had an amazing time with my colleagues and management. They were very supportive and motivated me when i faced struggles. My manager who was very supportive and helped me a lot to grow myself and he was like very friendly with associates.

I had an amazing time in TCS but only issue in the TCS is getting promotion because there is lot of people working so obviously it takes too much of time to get promotion.

Work Details

My job is very much interesting. At the same time risky also. i have learnt so much of things which i didn't know earlier. Each one of us have to be completed some mandatory courses to grow up our self.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

You should be earning as below.

0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA 2 YOE- 6-12 LPA 3 YOE- 9-18 LPA 4 YOE - 12-24 LPA 5 YOE- 15-30 LPA Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game. Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.
