Appraisal is poor, No Growth opportunity, People are staying here for same role more than 6-8 years, No bonus, No team bonding activities, No annually or semi-annually party or Team lunch.

Trying to switch after 8 years

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason.
