Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. to talk about infrastructure its very good.very good place for work life balance.but salary hikes and incriments are worst.you cant even sustain with your current salary.hikes means changing of revise letters only not in reality the salary you get after incriment was same before the incriments.
