Job security is best in industry, not much pressure work wise

Dislikes

Recent policies have make the company not very good for working. No flexibility, almost nothing on promotion and increment. There are multiple person to do a work but in reality only 1 or 2 person among them know and do the work .

They are paying salaries and are not laying off people. Have provided Work from home facility to it's employees. They have cut the appraisal for this year.

Dislikes

There are not much option to grow. Increment is very less. In three years of workthe salary has just increased 20%. No opportunity. Stuck at one place. Bad politics.
