there is no value for the employee, all RMG are showing bossism. they dont give value for the employee carrier they just want their billing . Even in a medical emergency, I was not allowed to receive treatment despite submitting the appointment details and all medical reports. Additionally, there was a staff shortage, with only three people handling the workload of six, leading to immense pressure and stress. The manager and team leader's handling of the situation was extremely poor.

Nothing to like this location Gandhinagar, feel like management is not educated and don't have any experience for other locations.

Not educated upper people don't know how are seating there but have long experience like 15 to 20 years may be that's reasons. But tcs is good company they have to check gandhinagar location.

Management and HR is composed of the cruelest people I know. Company culture is extremely poor, Merit is ignored and sycophancy is rewarded. Every manager is a clueless, gutless, selfish egotist who is willing to destroy anyone (including the company itself) to stroke his ego.

The working culture of highly seniors like 12-15 years of experience candidates are still same on current time. They didn't teach the newly freshers candidates how to contribute,they just put work pressure on them (most of the managers doing the same on freasher).

The salary policy , project allocation systems, and also the managers. The working Hours are horrible like ,for me Iam working on morning 6 am to evening 7pm and still my managers shouting at me for the issues I am not able to solve because it a new thing for me and my skills doesn't match to the project requirements, so, I am struggling.

The higher management, particularly within PS India (Indian projects), often exhibits unprofessional behavior—marked by arrogance, a lack of basic courtesy, and an unreasonable approach. During my initial tenure at TCS, I was unfamiliar with certain company policies. I was instructed to arrange self-funded travel with an assurance of reimbursement, only to later be denied repayment on the grounds of policy non-compliance. Manager shouts at you and humiliates you in front of others. They load you with too much work which takes 12 hrs of working in the weekdays and also in weekends. There is favoritism so you will have to also take up the work of people who do not work and happily butter manager for a living. It is a very toxic workplace. They keep 5 lpa as your variable pay and hardly pay 20 percent of that so your ctc is reduced by 4lpa straightway. Hike is 1 - 2 percent annually. They do not maintain any hygiene in the canteens and there are flies and cats and dogs roaming around. Bathrooms are dirty and so is the drinking water.
