This review is about the TCS Innovation labs, which is recently renamed as TCS Research. This department of TCS is probably the best place to work with excellent people in Research industry working over different industry project. 1) Job security is not at all a concern. 2) The job pr ofile requires one to be active, innovative to solve different problems. The domain of industrial problem statements is huge, which gives a lot of practical insights over diverse fields. Since my joining, I have been created many POCs, using ML/DL(machine learning) models, some of which also got published at international conferences. The freedom provided to try different techniques and support provided is very rare in industry. 3) Any innovative method designed/researched is published in International venues, which requires traveling to all different parts of world, depending upon conference location....Read More

Dislikes

1) Compensation in TCS Research is good as compared to other units of TCS. However, it's still much less as compared to industry standards. 2) TCS research do not have employee re-hire policy.

Work Details

In TCS Research, I use to work over client Projects/POC using latest ML/AI models. We are also involved in academic research which are published/presented in Tier-1 International machine learning conferences.
