No growth what so ever. Resources are stuck in single project and no option for release. Higher Management is pathetic. They will ensure that project does not suffer and will keep you in the same project unless the client does not remove you. no high end technologies used hence no skill development. Creates chaos when asked for single day leave or even sick leave.
