Likes

TCS is a brand and has lot to add onto your resume. TCS has given me multiple opportunities to explore my skills humongously. The best part is the support you get from management but that may vary as it is truly said that people leave managers not the organisation. You can have a perfect life balance when you need it the most and providing the job security you need at the same time.

Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Some policies are not transparent which is probably the case elsewhere

Salary - Poor

Work Details

Interesting but sometimes too much hectic

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
