very Slow growth, people working on same level for more than 5 years . Management does favoritism. No leaves approved even when there is hardly any work Toxic culture office politics cab available for night shift but lot of mismanagement and complaints never resolved

Nothing to like this location Gandhinagar, feel like management is not educated and don't have any experience for other locations.

Not educated upper people don't know how are seating there but have long experience like 15 to 20 years may be that's reasons. But tcs is good company they have to check gandhinagar location.

Tcs as a company is a very good company but if you compare it to the project requirements it’s one of the most dissatisfying project I ever worked with because even though Tcs is offering many options but if you are in a project which requires your presence 24 seven you cannot participate in any event or any skill development.

Manager shouts at you and humiliates you in front of others. They load you with too much work which takes 12 hrs of working in the weekdays and also in weekends. There is favoritism so you will have to also take up the work of people who do not work and happily butter manager for a living. It is a very toxic workplace. They keep 5 lpa as your variable pay and hardly pay 20 percent of that so your ctc is reduced by 4lpa straightway. Hike is 1 - 2 percent annually. They do not maintain any hygiene in the canteens and there are flies and cats and dogs roaming around. Bathrooms are dirty and so is the drinking water. There's nothing good about this organisation. People are pathetic, and neither want to work nor learn about new technology. TCS is 5-7 years behind it's competition when it comes to its offering. People who has never changed in their life are running the show and think they are the successor of Late Sh. Ratan Tata. People who have moved to overseas treat others badly, you'll be surprised people belittling others over Teams call.. Senior director level individuals will tell you over the Teams call that they don't need your past experience. HR in this organisation is simply useless, and doesn't pay heed to your grievance. If your experience is between 8 to 10 years and you've zeal to work like donkeys and don't want to learn anything new then this organisation is for you.. Also, if you think you'll be travelled to overseas for projects then rethink your decision since only few individuals travel who are good in licking..
