I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)

Dislikes

Everything is bad ,say work life balance and no progress ,poor projects offered,everything is in accordance to company requirement. If you want to earn like a daily wagers than you can feel happy eitherwise its a machinery that runs on some ordinary civilisation
