Dislikes

Its hard to get both the things knowledge growth along with financial growth. You can get 1 at a time mostly. Exceptional cases not counting.

Friendly working environment and flexible shifts and leaves. One best thing is they do reimburse your certifications cost and there are lot of opportunities for learning new technologies. They always entertain learning.

Dislikes

Salary hike is getting lower year by year and there will be more than 30% difference between your CTC and salary you get. Management is not so good they play with associates who are hardworking and entertain those who simply showoff.It has most of the fascilities and nothing is free.

Its the same as other MNCs but I feel it depends on the project you are allocated to. Some teams have boring and less work and some have very exciting roles. I never felt bored of work as I won't get time to think of anything when am inside odc😁

Management is worst, they treat you like nobodies and wants you to work more than required, and even after that they will point out your small mistakes. They have no interest in talent of peoples or what they expect from management (company). Managers talk like they are the owners of the company (at least in my case and what my friends told me). You cannot develop your talent because of lot of work and that too in support projects which even a 12th standard student can do. There are lot of courses you have to complete continuously that are not relevant to the project or anything that will help you in future. Out of frustration and managers way of talking I stopped working and you won't believe till 6 months I did not receive a single mail or call. They even blocked my project ids and tcs mail ids after few days. Seriously the experience cannot be any bad as a fresher who wants to make career in IT Industries. Very poor. After joining project we worked till 2-3 am for couple of months. And still the management was not happy with our performance. And they change teams anytime they like. Then again you have to learn everything again. We only wait for
