No growth oppertunity. Salary is very less for freshers and there is no oppertunity for increment or promotion at all, even if we stay 10 years. Management is partial towards people with connections, rather than people who work hard, and they openly accept it.l, which I feel is very toxic if you actually are a hard worker.

Company policies are good for employees in case of skill development and work life balance. But they have experienced employees who are not ready to adjust to the young people or their culture.

Dislikes

Salary increment is not gonna happen anytime soon. Promotions are just a dream. Some people who did not get train from 1970s are managers so that they don't understand your culture or problems. They think sitting in office after office hours are the people who work. Entertainments are allergic to TCS campuses.

It's really unfortunate that there is no support for working mothers at the facility. The strict adherence to rules without consideration for the genuine needs of the workers is disheartening. It seems like there is no validation or support provided, and there is a lack of opportunities for growth and mentoring. It's totally understandable to feel demotivated in such an environment.

Once upon a time I liked TCS about the industry standards, reputation,work life balance and skill development concepts.

Dislikes

After join in to TCS got to know nothing would be like how the outside world of TCS been projected.PPL are not been allocated to projects based on there skills and experience,if there is an requirement in support or SD projects they pull forcefully in to those projects with out any intimation to the employee.If the employee decline to be in such project HR will threat the employee and be unprofessional towards the employee. Even if we complain to higher officials about the unprofessional behaviour they don't take any action about it. Everything has changed after Ratan Tata sir's demise. Company policies and values corrupted and management has become worst. No job security, sudden layoffs when the project ends or roles redundancy happens due to client having billing issues.

Dislikes

Everything- HR management is really worse and don't consider employee concerns, rather they consider the finance team or allocation management, and HR is like puppets to the Management and Finance team.

Little job security unless and until you don't violate company security policy noone will fire you.

Paying low salary to existing employees and hiring outside candidates in average package. And giving yearly hike of just 2-3% however in media they will show 7-10% sometimes more.
