The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am a part of IT production support, another point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we are working happily collaboration. Very good supportive team I got.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

1.Team work environment is quite good. 2.Job security is also up to the mark. 3.career growth is somewhat need improvement for most of the good employees. 4.salary increment is not satisfactory whereas other company get hike in every year and bonus too. that need to look in to that and more concern here that's the reason resignationpercentage is increasing day by day. 5. I would like to suggest that the notice period should be minimum 45 or 60 days atleast, If any good opportunity is available outside and associate getting it for their career growth then they should be able to grab and enhance their skill and learning ability. Because of three months notice period wouldn't help that much.
