Job security is very good at TCS. Company provides you various platforms to upskill yourself. Almost every popular certification is reimbursed. You also get access to portals like udemy, linkedin learning and many others. Many CSR activities are also there. Overall you have a very good and stable career at TCS.

Only problem is that you get very less annual increment. A lot of times it doesn't event beat the inflation. Another problem is changing project/client could be very difficult. You cannot join another project unless your current one releases you. And getting release from a project could be a tedious task. And most impotant point isthat you get only 1 chance to work qt TCS, if you resign and join other company then TCS will not re-hire you, so think and join only when you are fully sure about it....Read More

Work Details

I had very good time at office. I've learned new skills, worked on large scale projects, teams are very professional and follow the rules and policies. We have also had good time outside the work,ot of sports activities, lunch outings and what not.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
