Nothing good which I could see in TCS. They just want you to work that's it's they don't even want you to grow they don't even let you study they don't even let you change your career path just do processing and thats all.

Dislikes

The work which they do that can be done by a normal 12th class person. But I don't know why they just hire graduate and destroy there career by not letting them grow in there expertise area.
