Hi guys I am working in PwC India for almost 2 years. And a overall total experience of 6+ year.my Tech stack is Power BI,SQL,Power apps etc I got a call from TCS for a related position My current CTC is 13 LPA How much hike can I expect in TCS ? Overall the positives are good, you get job security and good work life balance.

Dislikes

Don't go in Passport seva project (PSP). Work life balance is pathetic and managers don't give appraisal. You will not get to learn anything and you will just copy the code and paste it. They even don't give release from the project.. so the option is to resign. All the best
