New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Nothing to like, people say we can have flexibility in working hours but managers will ask us to work on weekends also, even they don't allow us to use our sick leaves they will say ou project is a low budget project.

Dislikes

Everything , without intimation they will terminate the employees , No one is responsible if we ask project manager th y will ask to vendor company.

The work culture of the company is the best. Also there are projects which helps us to learn various technologies. The job security is an advantage of TCS

Compared to the the effort that we make the amount paid to us is less. Also we dont get any perks which can motivate us to work
