I am giving Honest review after 8+ years experience in this company. Respectful work environment, Job security (at least until Ratan Tata Sir is here) Very very hard, but chance of changing your field & get into new team/project/technology within Company across India location. I said very very very very hard in terms of getting approval from your current project & HR team though!!

Hathi ke dant dikhane ke aur & khane ke aur!! Employee centric image in market but exploiting culture in the company. If you are treated with TATA Values or not that depends on your MANAGER & how much your project makes in terms of money! Generally Promotion is like getting Kidney from a alien. But if your client is showering money - you may get quickly. 12-16% Salary hike when get promotion!! Seriously?!! 2-6% Yearly hike, which mostly goes to higher medical insurance premium or variable pay. So actual on hand hike is negligible.
