Working in a giant like TCS and has its own benefits as well as disadvantages. Satisfaction varies as it depends upon various factors - kind of projects, customer, account team, supervisors, appreciative environment, ratings and promotions etc. Despite of all the goods and bads, TCS gives enormous learning opportunities beyond the routine project work, that can shape up your career and open up future prospects. Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
