TATA work culture is very sound and wonderfully managed and very important is job security, TATA is the bestest one.

Me working from July 2015 with my TATA company, fully stressed free and satisfaction work, learnt so many things and behavioural discipline, but expecting at least one promotion from BPO 1 to next upgraded post, giving a best appreciated work from last 7 yrs, not got any upgradation till date,

The job part of mine is very challenging and interesting, learnt different project and got accredited, enjoying to give training to newly joined employee

I like thw way they treat our employee . I glad that i have received this opportunity to work in TCS. I alao lucky for that i get good team.lead and team mates every onse is supportive. I like.most in TCS that is there infrastructure is very beautiful. Its my great and wonderfull experience in this company and alsonit is my 1st jobso it's totaly difderent feeling for mee. There are nothing to dislike in this company because in every company few things which we cant manage but it doesnt mean that this is bad for us all activities have there own benefits.so like every thing nothing is there to dislike from my side.
