Everything, Tcs culture is extremely toxic. Managers(specially PL) don't have work ethics they just want you to suppress in the name of Org policies.

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

Pathetic work culture and professionalism from the employees who have been with tcs for more than 10+years. Very poor on ethics, professionalism, empathy, etiquettes, language.

Work life balance is bad, company culture is not good. Management force to Work over weekends for many months. Leadership not managing the project well because of this project team is suffering.

Some management people are supportive towards your work and understands the challenges and show the path towards success

Salary structure and quarterly bonus deduction even tbough we are 100% WFO complaint still we are getting only 40%. Whereas those who are not they are getting 100% bonus. This is based on your grades.

Being a TCS's I can say TATA is best choice as a last company because if you start your career in middle or early stage you can't see good growth. If you start tata in last stage truly you get good roles where you can manage instead taking stressed with coding and other mental stress. Management and HR is composed of the cruelest people I know. Company culture is extremely poor, Merit is ignored and sycophancy is rewarded. Every manager is a clueless, gutless, selfish egotist who is willing to destroy anyone (including the company itself) to stroke his ego.

The working culture of highly seniors like 12-15 years of experience candidates are still same on current time. They didn't teach the newly freshers candidates how to contribute,they just put work pressure on them (most of the managers doing the same on freasher).

The salary policy , project allocation systems, and also the managers. The working Hours are horrible like ,for me Iam working on morning 6 am to evening 7pm and still my managers shouting at me for the issues I am not able to solve because it a new thing for me and my skills doesn't match to the project requirements, so, I am struggling.

It's a eco friendly campus, I was working in Pune hinjwadi. If we have time we can utilise the ground or invest our time in playing games or gym but completely depends on work and our project. It's good for working mothers but if your manager doesn't support you there will not be any work life balance. Other than job security/campus I didn't see anything great about TCS

There is a very minimal hike and no promotion nor growth. TCS is no more employee friendly. We have to go office all 5 days which is hell these days.... there is no support and policies are name sake but what ever project decide employees should follow.
