It's Better when you join in senior roles with an experience greater than 5 to 7 years. You would have proper growth in terms of roles and hike

It's a great company, unless you join as a fresher and expect huge hike. This would be best company to work with.

Employee friendly company. Gives free hand to employees to work . Lots of opportunity but if not looked properly then will end up in comfort zone. It also depends on manager to manager. Was lucky that major part of the time got good managers.

Dislikes

Compensation, kind of projects, which will impact carrier growth . Mostly monetary is very less for someone who has been with this company from start. Treatment for employees sometime is very bad if you dont have good rappo with managers.
