I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Worked with the company right from beginning. Sent the initial team to US for training on the equipment/technology which was purchased from there. Company gave me free hand to work that's why I could able to find solutions to many technical issues thus got very good name in the company. Company respects the views / opinions of subordinates before taking the final decision. Top management absorbs the pressure and gives comfort feeling to senior / middle level management, thus team is self motivated. Learnt a lot in the company.
