Worked with the company right from beginning. Sent the initial team to US for training on the equipment/technology which was purchased from there. Company gave me free hand to work that's why I could able to find solutions to many technical issues thus got very good name in the company. Company respects the views / opinions of subordinates before taking the final decision. Top management absorbs the pressure and gives comfort feeling to senior / middle level management, thus team is self motivated. Learnt a lot in the company. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
