My journey with Syren in the past year has been amazing. I had many other options, but I chose Syren because it was a startup. This gave me more visibility and recognition from the top management, unlike in big MNCs where I was just one of many. I got promoted from lead to delivery manager in a few months and handling four projects.I also enjoyed the balance of technical and leadership roles, as I was involved in both design and coordination with the clients and team management within Syren. My managers were very supportive and encouraging. They rewarded me well for my hard work and honesty. Few Standouts: 1. You can access a comprehensive overview of your anticipated take-home pay and a breakdown of tax details for the entire year, which is truly fantastic. 2. Reimbursement will be provided for certifications and the associated preparation expenses. 3. Enhanced visibility into your work. 4. Leadership, including managers, CEO, and COO, is easily accessible and approachable. 5.
