A lot of learning! Could never write a single piece of content but now I am quite confident on my Article write-ups, PR's, etc. They trust you and tend to give responsibility. Client interface from Day 1 has built confidence in me. Overall, a good experience for me and I feel the leadership team is very understanding, and it's like one big family. Pot lunches, Movies, and all were fun!

Dislikes

Since they are based in Mahim, and I was in Mulund, had to travel a lot. Client pressure sometimes is quite annoying, but I guess that's a part of every job.

The seniors hand - held the employees and its a perfect place to learn and grow further. Lot of opportunities because they have versatile clients and several big clients of the industry work with them. No dispute on work - life balance.

Everything. Lot of politics, no work life balance, no humanity, Disregard for employees' life or problems, terrible salary for the amount of work given, terrible clients, on the job training is not given, instead you are asked to learn everything from other employees. No public holidays given, asked to work on weekends too without extra pay, working hours extended everyday without compensation. You are required to take on multiple tasks which is out of your job description, as they lack resources. They have had people fired (during covid when people were already going through tough times) and refused to pay them for months on ends. They have a contract of one year which has utterly vague statements on the basis on which they claim irrational things. No regard/concern whatsoever for any employee's mental health - many employees have left the organisation for the same reason, whom the the owners of the company claim to have "fired". They provide the salary on the 15th of the next months. Means 15 days late. No involvement in any work. They never get satisfied. I had finished all my work till the last day of Aug'20. Now its Oct'20 and they have not released my salary yet. Because they wanted the reports at the 4rth sept which i had completed and provided already. Even March'20 salary is pending. My financial condition was very poor and mummy was admitted due to which I had requested to release my salary. But They have done nothing....Read More

The colleagues were undoubtedly good. Work was also going good in the begining but eventually it went for a toss.

Lack of understanding from the Bosses. Too much of work pressure. No corporation from their side. No respect for the employees. Couple of years in this firm had been an enriching experience. I had a lot of scope to strengthen my skills with additional expertise like social media marketing and crisis management while doing PR.
