Considering it being a old company employee benefits like PF and Health Insurance is needed. It has lesser annual leaves compared to most of the companies.

I worked with them as a Senior Copywriter along with two more copywriters. It was their biggest copy team to date. This is by far the safest Advertising Company to work with in Goa. They aren't an Agency and I am glad they don't act like one. They start early and leave early. For those who are from Ad Agency work culture, this isn'ta place for you. The setup is great and they believe that your personal life is important as well. The talent is underutilized but has great potential. The services provided by the company are also great. The Company is fantastic place to work. I have been able to grow into an entirely new role without leaving my team. I loved the atmosphere and everything they did for us. Everyone is professional & positive to work with. The working environment is very relaxed. In terms of appraisal, The Company provides good hype according to resource performance.
